Return/Exchange Policy

 CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

Yes, ALL items are eligible for return for store credit via a Rustic Coop MN gift card if they are returned to the Coop within 10 days of you receiving the item(s)..that is the delivery date of the item(s) provided by its tracking number on the order. These returns MUST be unworn, unused, free of cosmetic stains, unwashed, with tags still attached & packaged in a secure package with packing slip included! If the items are not received back under these conditions the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to buyer at their cost. YOU MUST EMAIL US FOR FOR APPROVAL BEFORE SENDING YOUR RETURN IN THE MAIL. Please email us at (shyanne.rodning@gmail.com) OR visit our contact page and fill an online form. 

(Please ship using USPS and make sure proper insurance is paid for as Rustic Coop MN is not liable for the item(s) being lost or stolen on its way back to us)

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM(S)?

Because of the high volume of orders we DO NOT do exchanges. There are no exceptions to this. Meaning, If the item(s) you’re wanting to exchange for is in stock when you ship back your return that will not guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive the returned item(s) and your store credit is issued.
